Overall, it was a good and very professional experience. The interview panel included the Chief Geophysicist and the Team Manager. They asked standard questions like 'Tell me about yourself,' and also situational questions about challenges I’ve faced and how I handled them. Towards the end, they showed some technical images and asked a few related technical questions. I also used the chance to ask several questions of my own, like why the position is open, how they would describe the work environment and team dynamics, and what they expect from the person in this role during the first three months.

It was a 3-stage process. First, an initial chat with HR, which was pretty straightforward, mostly just a resume review. Then, I had an interview with the technical team, including managers and coordinators. This also involved reviewing my resume, some technical questions about equipment and operations I'd worked on, and a part where a foreign manager tested my intermediate English, which went well. The final stage was a test they emailed me, with a set time to complete it. I had to share my screen and webcam to prevent cheating. The test wasn't hard, very direct on relevant topics for the role.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. From when I applied to when I got the interview call took about a couple of weeks. The whole thing took about 6 weeks in total. It went like this: Resume review -> Zoom Interview (1 hr) -> In-person interview (1 hr) -> Reference check -> Background check -> Finally, the Offer.

So the interview process for the Geodata Analyst role involved a few stages. First, there was a background check, and then we were asked about a project we've worked on. They also wanted an explanation of object-oriented programming concepts. Later on, I was asked about my overall interview experience. There was also a technical screen, possibly for a Software Engineer role, where they asked about project details. It was a mixed bag.
