It was a 2-step process. First, there was a phone call, and then an in-person interview with two people. I got the job through a work agency. It was really comprehensive, with situation examples, a test for bilingualism proficiency, and interviews about empathy and situation handling. They also asked about my distance from work and how I would get there. References were also requested.
