HR does a standard phone screening to go over your resume and background. If you pass that, you go in for an in-person interview with the Centre Operations Managers. They ask typical interview questions and give you a thorough walkthrough of the job, including schedule and shift rotations. It was an internal interview where the department manager gave some advice on what to say in the interview. After the interview, I found out that the advice I was given was terrible. Apparently, everyone in my department was given incorrect information. However, people in other departments under the same manager received different guidance and were successful in getting hired.
