First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Force Factor.
Leadership Development Program
I did a Hireview first, then made it to the first round. The interviewer asked the typical interview style questions like tell me about yourself, what are your strengths/weaknesses etc. I got an email 3 weeks later saying they didn't want to move forward. She was nice but it seemed very one-sided, firing questions one after another.
- What is the biggest thing that motivates you?
Gen AI Intern
There are 3 rounds in the interview process. It begins with an HR/background check, which is important. Next, you'll have an interview with the team, which consists of 4-5 members. Stay calm, they are very helpful and understanding during this part. Lastly, there's the CEO Round. For this, you should be at your peak speaking and intellectual ability. Since time is limited, make sure to wrap up the interview and save about three to four minutes to ask your questions.
- How do you visualize Force Factor's future evolution as an organization?
- Can you explain Transformers Attention?
- Explain the concept of RAG.
MBA Internship
I started with a video interview, kinda like hirevue, where I had to answer some basic questions about why I wanted this role and why Force Factors. Then, I had a 45-minute chat with the head of HR. It was a pretty chill and friendly conversation. They asked me about why I picked my MBA school, why I chose my undergrad, and how I like to work in a team.
- What influenced your decision to pursue your MBA program?
- Could you explain your reasons for attending your undergraduate institution and how it impacted your career trajectory?
- Describe your ideal approach to teamwork and the typical part you play in team environments.
National Account Manager
The interview experience was extremely unprofessional. The interviewer, an older woman with excessive makeup or spray tan, seemed to have little understanding of the position. She was accompanied by an intern who appeared hesitant to speak, likely due to fear of being reprimanded. The questions asked were irrelevant to the role and felt like a generic list of 'top interview questions.' Although they stated they would follow up to schedule the next interview, I received a form letter two days later. Their HR team is unprofessional and disorganized, and I regret the time spent on this process.
- Could you tell me about your greatest weaknesses?
