First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Force Factor.
MBA Internship
I started with a video interview, kinda like hirevue, where I had to answer some basic questions about why I wanted this role and why Force Factors. Then, I had a 45-minute chat with the head of HR. It was a pretty chill and friendly conversation. They asked me about why I picked my MBA school, why I chose my undergrad, and how I like to work in a team.
- What influenced your decision to pursue your MBA program?
- Could you explain your reasons for attending your undergraduate institution and how it impacted your career trajectory?
- Describe your ideal approach to teamwork and the typical part you play in team environments.
Intern
My interview was unlike any other interview I've ever had before. My interviewer felt like she was speed-rushing through her questions, going down a list rather than engaging meaningfully with my responses. On top of that, the questions that were asked were redundant to my answers, leading me to have to reiterate my previous answers. The cherry on top was that my interviewer yawned twice during my interview and just seemed quite uninterested.
- Could you tell me about your classes and why you are interested in Force Factor?
Intern
The interview process was a breeze. Everyone I spoke to made me feel at ease and able to show my true self to everyone at the company. Although, I declined I recommend working at Force Factor
- What value can you contribute to Force Factor?
