First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Foley.
Account Executive
The interview process was straightforward. I spoke with the recruiter, two sales managers, and someone from the Sales Executive team. The experience was great—they were all on time, responded quickly, and were clear about what they were looking for. I really enjoyed meeting the team, and it’s clear this is an exciting time to join Foley, which made the decision to go in another direction a tough one.

- Tell me about your past performance.
- Be ready for behavioral questions.
Marketing
I had a few interviews with HR, people above me, and the people who would report to me. It was going great until the end. Someone told me I was moving on, but then I didn't hear anything for weeks. Finally, HR got back to me and said they went with someone else who was more qualified.
- How would you manage the marketing program?
Business Analyst
You apply via the company’s website, LinkedIn, or through a recruiter. Then there's an HR/Recruiter Screening Call (15–30 mins) where they check your eligibility, interest, communication skills, and salary expectations. They might ask basic questions about your experience, notice period, and work authorization.
- When you're juggling multiple projects, how do you manage conflicting priorities?
Criminal Researcher
I had an interview with Diane Holznagel, the Talent Acquisition Manager, who asked me about my experience and skills and then told me about the company's mission and goals. After that, I interviewed with Allison Landes, the Operations Supervisor, and Christie Roell, the Director of Operations. They both asked me detailed questions about my experience and abilities and talked a lot about the company. The interviews all went very well, and they were detailed and answered all my questions.
- What is your short-term goal?
