Customer Support Associate
It was pretty straightforward, Anna emailed me to set up an interview. I had to reschedule because of a family emergency, and she quickly got back to me with other times that worked. After the interview, I got an assessment, and once I finished that, they made me an offer.

It was a great interview, Anna asked me questions I have honestly never been asked in an interview before. They really made me think. Anna was very polite and personable. She started out with questions about my previous employment. Then she moved on to how my previous job could correlate to this one. It was quite refreshing to have that come into play.
