Behavioral Presentation

The recruiter was professional, reaching out via text and phone to set up a call. They were clear about the company, role, culture, growth, and benefits. The recruiter managed expectations for the next steps, leading to a quick in-person meeting with the director and some colleagues. That went well, and then the CEO did a phone interview. A few hours after that, HR called with a verbal offer, which I accepted. I'm excited to join Foley Service!

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied through careerbuilder and got a call from a supervisor. We chatted about my experience, my interest in the job, and my career goals. Then, I got an email with a survey. After finishing it, the supervisor called me back to set up an in-person interview. I met with three people: the supervisor I spoke with earlier, another supervisor, and the Sales Manager. They asked about my background and posed some on-the-spot thinking questions. I believe there was also a background check involved.

Behavioral

I met the recruiter at a local job fair. The office was really nice, with amazing city views and a great break area for employees. The interview process involved three 1:1 interviews, which felt a bit unbalanced. I was interviewed by two sales supervisors, not upper management. They told me the next step would be a meeting with an upper manager in two days if I passed. They are still interviewing over 50 people for this job that pays $38,000 a year.
