The first contact was via message and then an interview was scheduled with HR. After that interview, another interview was scheduled with the area manager. Throughout the whole process, everyone was very polite and conducted the interviews smoothly.

Applied with resume on Handshake. The first round was a 30-minute behavioral interview with a recruiter. The second round was a 45-minute interview with the team leader where they asked more experience-related questions. No technical questions were asked. All interviews were remote.

I had 7 interviews. First was with the recruitment partner, then the hiring manager, followed by manager 2, the US manager, and two US Directors. The last interview was with the HRBP, which they said was just a formality since I had already passed. It took from October to January to get a JO, but in the end, they told me the position was on hold.
