The interview process was lengthy, but the interviewers were just average. Some interviews were quite sudden, including a physical interview. After completing 5 interviews, one of which was with the client, and receiving a phone call stating I had been accepted, I ultimately did not receive an offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It's a really good process. The hiring manager and team leads are focused on finding people with the right mindset, not just those who can do the job and leave. They're all about building for the future, being innovative, and proactive. Basically, they want to hire people that anyone would enjoy working with.

Technical Behavioral

I had a really weird interview with FlairsTech. I didn't even apply, but they called me for a phone interview late one afternoon during Ramadan. It started out normal, but then they hit me with super specific technical questions. Like, they asked me to explain the 'D' and 'L' principles in SOLID and to tell them the difference between Subject and Behaviour Subject. It felt like they wanted me to have specific things memorized that I wouldn't normally use every day. I think a real technical interview with time to prepare would be better. When I asked why they were asking these kinds of technical questions on a phone call, they just brushed me off. It makes me question if they even know how to interview people properly or if they care about our time.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you explain the 'D' and 'L' principles within SOLID design guidelines?
  • What's the difference between Subject and Behaviour Subject?
