End User Device Specialist
The interview will involve behavioral questions. You'll have 30 seconds to get ready and 2 minutes to respond, assuming your internet and computer are working well. You can record your answer once. This should be straightforward for native speakers, but non-native speakers might want to practice beforehand.
- Could you describe your short-term and long-term career aspirations?
- What are the key values you look for in a company and a manager?
- How do you see yourself contributing to this specific role?
Product Specialist
So I did this one-way video interview thing first, like, where I recorded myself answering stuff. Then I had a virtual chat with the hiring manager and another product specialist. After that, they flew me out to their main office and I talked with the hiring manager again, and also the manager above him. They called me the next day and I thought I was gonna get the job, but then they totally ghosted me for over a week even though I tried contacting the hiring manager a bunch.
- Why are you a strong fit for this position?
Quality Engineer
The interview process took a really long time. It started with a recruiter call, and I was told I'd get a follow-up call or email, which took weeks. After chasing them, they told me the role wasn't needed but I might be considered for another. I had three interviews: one technical, one behavioral/team fit, and one company fit. Again, I didn't hear back for weeks and was ultimately rejected. The interviewers were great, but the process management could be improved, given the time and effort applicants invest.
- Can you tell me about yourself and why you're interested in this specific position?
Supply Chain Analyst
The process was really well organized. The HR person was super nice and helpful. I had an HR screening call, and then a direct interview with the hiring manager and another analyst. The questions were clear and it felt like a good back-and-forth. They asked about my past roles, hypothetical situations, and technical stuff. Even though I didn't get the job, I'd still recommend interviewing with them.
- What's your preferred schema for various data sets?
- Can you describe the toughest challenges you've encountered?
- What are the top 5-7 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)?
