Behavioral Technical

It took about a month and a half from applying to finishing the interviews. The first chat with HR was okay, nothing really specific. Then came an online meeting, which was a bit strange. Three engineers talked to me, but one of them asked a ton of unusual questions, felt like AI generated them. They seemed more focused on if I'd fit the team rather than my actual skills. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.

After applying, there was an automated interview and an online assessment (Revellian). This was followed by a chat with the Snr Product Development Manager and a Product Development Engineer where we discussed my CV, projects, and relevant past experiences. It was pretty straightforward, with some easy technical questions sometimes. They said I was a good fit but decided on someone with more experience for the role.
