VP Customer Success
So the interview process started out pretty standard. First, there was a recruiter screen, then a peer interview, and finally a hiring manager call. I really enjoyed all the conversations I had. But then, for two whole weeks after the hiring manager call, I didn't get any updates. This obviously wasn't a great sign, until the recruiter reached out saying she was "looking forward to checking in to provide updates." She then scheduled a video call for later that week. But during the call, she just told me they weren't moving forward with my application and couldn't give me any specific feedback. Honestly, I was completely shocked. Who schedules a video call just to reject someone face-to-face without any feedback? You can't make this stuff up!
- What are your career aspirations for your next position?
Software Developer
The interview process included an MCQ and Coding Round, followed by Technical Round 1, then Technical Round 2. Finally, there was a General HR round. The technical rounds mostly involved writing code for tasks like CRUD operations and basic SQL queries. The rounds were scheduled on separate days: the first round on one day, technical rounds on other days, and the HR round on yet another separate day.

Business Development Representative
So there were 3 rounds in total. First was with HR, then the Sales Manager, and finally the Revenue Manager. The first two went great, they were really professional and nice. But for the last round, I had to prep a presentation. I think I messed it up because they cut me off halfway through. It was kinda disappointing because I put in time and effort and didn't get any feedback.
- Can you explain your sales process and approach?
- Describe how you manage conflict situations.
Investigator
The interview process was unusual. It started with a recorded call where you had to answer questions after a tone, and the responses were sent to them. Following this, a writing sample was required. If they thought you were a good fit, they'd schedule a phone interview, and then a virtual interview that was quite straightforward. After that, they said I'd get a response the next week, but they never got back to me, even though I felt everything went well. If you enjoy being ghosted and having your time wasted, this is the place to apply.
- What is your desired salary range?
