The first advantage is this is the first company that will hire through WhatsApp live video. They will just check with your communication and then aptitude. Next, you will bargain with HR for salary, but HR are fixed with their mindset as if their father's pocket money is gone.

So I went for a walk-in interview. When I got there, the front office person collected our CVs. First, there was a speed test. If I passed the speed and quality requirements, then there was an aptitude test and after that an interview with the operations manager.
