Started with a simple online application. Then, I got an email the next day for a one way audio interview with 17 questions. If I passed that, the HR Manager called to set up a video interview on Teams, which was about 30-60 minutes long and covered different topics. After that, they called to give me a verbal offer. The part that was a bit much was the background check, a 7 year employment history check, which felt unnecessary for customer service. If they can't confirm my employment or education, the offer gets taken back.

You start with a phone call where they tell you about the job and the pay. They'll ask if you're still interested. If you are, they'll schedule a video interview with two people. They'll ask a bunch of questions. After that interview, you'll find out within a few hours if you got the job. Then, you'll get an email for your background check and drug test. The background check took almost a month.

The interview was pretty structured and felt professional. The person interviewing me knew their stuff and asked good questions that let me show off what I can do. It was a nice vibe, which helped us talk easily. All in all, I liked getting to talk about my skills a lot and find out more about how the company works. I felt good about possibly being a match afterwards.
