Data Analyst
The interview process was a good experience overall. The interviewer was professional and the discussion was well structured. The interview mainly focused on technical questions related to Excel and SQL, along with some practical problem solving. I was asked to work through formulas in Excel and write SQL queries while explaining my approach. The conversation was clear and interactive, and the interviewer gave enough time to think through the questions. Overall, it was a good technical discussion and a smooth interview experience.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Product Owner
The interview process started with a 45-minute chat with the hiring manager. Then, there was a 1-hour panel interview. After that, I had a 30-minute meeting with a senior manager. Everything felt very professional during the interviews. But then, after the third interview, HR didn't give me any updates. I tried reaching out via email, but still no word back. It feels like a waste of my time. I've also noticed a lot of negative reviews for this company.
- Could you describe your approach to managing a product backlog?
- How do you go about setting priorities for projects?
- What's your strategy for addressing customer needs?
HR Business Partner
The interview process was quite disorganized. I didn't get to speak with a recruiter or anyone from the staffing team directly. Instead, all the interviews were arranged via email by a staffing assistant. I ended up interviewing with 5 different people, including two company officers. After the final interview, I never heard back. When I followed up to ask about my application status, my messages were ignored.
- One of the officers inquired about my time management skills, which I found unexpected.
Product Support Manager
I applied through LinkedIn and a recruiter set up an interview directly with the hiring manager. There wasn't a first round with the recruiter. The hiring manager asked some odd questions like, 'Tell me what you think this role entails?' I thought the point of the interview was to figure that out from the company?? The HM didn't provide answers when I asked about role expectations and hours. I did find out that this role manages a team in the US and India, so the hours would likely be long anyway. I'm not sure what they're looking for, but I was ghosted afterwards. Very unprofessional.
- What is your understanding of this role's responsibilities?
