Got a call from the recruiter for a screening, they asked me about myself and my salary expectations, it was super quick, less than 10 minutes. Then I moved on to talk with a manager. The manager asked like 2 questions total and mostly talked about the job and the company. They didn't really let me talk about my qualifications or experience much.

I applied through LinkedIn and a recruiter set up an interview directly with the hiring manager. There wasn't a first round with the recruiter. The hiring manager asked some odd questions like, 'Tell me what you think this role entails?' I thought the point of the interview was to figure that out from the company?? The HM didn't provide answers when I asked about role expectations and hours. I did find out that this role manages a team in the US and India, so the hours would likely be long anyway. I'm not sure what they're looking for, but I was ghosted afterwards. Very unprofessional.

Went through multiple interview rounds, including chats with the hiring director and vice president. After that, radio silence. My follow-ups got no replies, not even a rejection. Super disappointed, I was really keen on the role and the company. I even tried reconnecting with the recruiter. Still no word back.
