Director
The interview process really focused on fit and making sure I'd mesh well with various teams, including technical, sales, customer-facing, and others. I had two Zoom interviews, then came into the office to meet with people from several teams I'd be working with. I got an offer pretty soon after the in-person meetings, and it took a bit to finalize everything. Overall, it was a good experience. I liked meeting people from different levels and with different viewpoints. It gave me a clear picture of the work environment. Now that I've accepted, I'm glad I got to understand it during the hiring.

Customer Success Manager
I talked to the COO first, and we had a lot in common. Then HR gave me a quick screening, and after that, I met with the VP for a skip-level chat. They asked typical questions like talking about my background, why I'm interested in this job, what I'm looking for work-wise, and my salary expectations. It was super disappointing that they didn't give me any feedback at all, not even after I asked for it directly. I honestly didn't expect that from the people I met.

Software Engineer
This interview experience was unique because it focused entirely on soft skills and behavioral questions, with no technical ones at all. The first call was with the Director, and it was all soft skills. The second call was with the CTO, and it was the same. Then came the onsite interview. I expected technical questions at this point, but it turned out to be a 2.5-hour session of behavioral and soft-skill questions. Many questions were repeated from the earlier rounds. They did ask about my projects and the languages/features I've worked on, but that was more of a technical discussion than a technical interview. Even though the role was for a Staff Software Engineer in Python, they didn't ask any Python questions, let alone coding or system design. The interview was very open-ended. At one point, a senior engineer interviewing me admitted he didn't know how to intersect two lists in Python, which made me think they don't ask technical questions because they might not be technically proficient themselves. Throughout the entire 4 hours of interviews, I never got the chance to demonstrate my technical abilities.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
The interview process was pretty long, with a bunch of meetings and then a half-day visit to the office to chat with different team members. When I got there, the office seemed kinda dark and gloomy, not like the lively place they showed online. No dogs were around, and the dog park was just a muddy spot out back. The snacks were just big Costco orders. It really felt like people there were unhappy with their jobs and totally overworked and stressed. I wondered why they thought such a long interview process was a good idea for a company that nobody seems to want to work for. So, I decided to pull my application.
