I talked to the COO first, and we had a lot in common. Then HR gave me a quick screening, and after that, I met with the VP for a skip-level chat. They asked typical questions like talking about my background, why I'm interested in this job, what I'm looking for work-wise, and my salary expectations. It was super disappointing that they didn't give me any feedback at all, not even after I asked for it directly. I honestly didn't expect that from the people I met.

Submitted an online application and went through an HR screening interview, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there were more interviews with department staff. The questions were thoughtful and the interviewers had easy personalities. It's a growing organization doing meaningful work. The organization seems a little young and their website could be more polished. The people interviewing are committed to their work.

I applied in November 2021 and went through 4 interview rounds before getting rejected. The first round was a quick chat with a CSM Leads, just to get acquainted. Then, a second Lead dug deeper into my background. After that, I had a panel interview where other CSM staff asked me about how I'd handle specific job scenarios. The final stage was an interview with a C Suite executive. It took over two months to get a decision, and honestly, I felt like they were stringing me along because they weren't really looking to hire me. They kept saying I was impressive and a standout candidate, but after two weeks of me following up, they finally said they couldn't hire me due to some vague skill or fit issue they hadn't mentioned before. It's not cool to mislead candidates like that.
