The interview process wasn't too long, it was direct and well-managed. I talked with several people from the company at different levels. I think they could improve by talking more about the actual job responsibilities, benefits, and salary.

It was three steps. Three interviews that were pretty similar. Could have easily been one session, as there was a lot of overlap between them. The last person I spoke with was the boss, and he mostly talked about himself and how important he is, saying he never sleeps.

It was a pretty standard interview process. First, I chatted with the recruiter about my general work background. After that, HR gave me a screening call to see if I was a good fit. Finally, I met with the hiring manager to go over the specifics of the job.

First, there was some prep work. Then, a friendly greeting and introduction. After that, they asked me questions about my skills and experience. We also talked about specific competencies. I got to ask the candidate questions about the company and the role. The interview was summarized, and I was told about the next steps. It ended on a friendly note.
