The selection process was a 2-day event. It included two interviews and about five group activities where managers observed. The group activities involved role-playing a weekly team meeting, a team building exercise where we had to construct something, self-introductions, and paper quizzes. The company covered travel and accommodation at a 4-star hotel. The entire experience was very pleasant, with meals provided throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, appetizers, and dinner with the entire staff. This level of hospitality is not typical for interviews.

First up was a phone chat with HR, just a basic run-through of my background and resume. Then, I had a more challenging Skype interview with the HR manager, focusing a lot on leadership experience and past roles. The final stage involved heading to the selection center in Detroit, Michigan. There, I went through a series of stress tests and activities designed to see how I'd handle tough situations, along with some additional interviews.

I applied for the rotational program and got a call within 2 days to set up a phone interview. After that, I set up an interview with the hiring manager. We spoke about my background and some basic behavioral questions. I was asked about my visa status and I mentioned to her that I am an international student and will need H1B sponsorship after 2 years. She agreed.
