Junior Developer
I participated in the selection process. The email mentioned an integration test. However, when I accessed the platform (Coploy), it was a video questionnaire. I had to turn on my webcam and microphone and answer approximately 10 questions about my journey. I was asked about how I developed functionalities in projects, how I made decisions, the tools I knew, and what architectures or solutions I could propose for a given problem and why. Overall, I felt it was relevant to the role, but I believe I lack experience. The questions focused on Spring, Docker, Messaging, and best practices, with a total response time of 2:30 minutes.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
PHP Developer
The first part was with HR, chatting about the company and the role, and it was pretty chill. Then, I had a technical chat with the tech manager. The main thing was they kept digging into the technical decisions I made at my last job, rather than checking my actual skills. Every time I explained something, they kept asking why and suggesting other ways we could have done it, even simplifying things without knowing the specifics of that business. I mentioned that I understood their perspective, but that there are often multiple good ways to achieve results in tech. Still, they kept focusing on questioning the past company's choices instead of evaluating me. It was a terrible interview experience, and I'd advise them to rethink how they assess technical knowledge.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hiring process for the [job title] position. A recruiter initially contacted me about an opportunity they said was for Angular. I agreed to interview because I have experience with side projects using that technology. However, during the interview, I was told the role was actually for React Native, which was confusing and uncomfortable. On top of that, the interviewer was extremely rude. Instead of creating a respectful and welcoming environment, she frequently interrupted me, asked invasive questions, and didn't let me finish my answers. When I realized how uncomfortable it was and wanted to end the interview, she insisted on continuing, which made the experience even worse. I want to be clear that I've never been through such an uncomfortable hiring process. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, as an experience like this can harm the company's image and discourage potential candidates. Thank you for your attention, and I'm available for any clarification.

“Given an integer array nums and an integer val, remove all occurrences of val in nums in-place. The order of the elements may be changed. Then return the number of elements in nums which are not equal to val. Consider the number of elements in nums which are not equal to val be k, to get accepted, you need to do the following things: Change the array nums such that the first k elements of nums contain the elements which are not equal to val. The remaining elements of nums are not important as well as the size of nums. Return k.”
