Participei do programa de formação que contém 3 etapas, teste, video apresentação e hackathon. Cheguei até a última etapa. A ideia do programa de formação é ótima porém peca pela falta de feedback objetivo. Nesse caso, seria melhor trocarem o nome "Programa de Formação" para processo seletivo, já que numa proposta de formação o feedback é peça fundamental para melhorias. Quando solicitado, o feedback veio de forma genérica, similar a uma resposta automática, sem qualquer menção ao que eu tinha feito.
