The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had some basic SQL and algorithm questions. There were also some basic coding interviews. A manager round focused on my projects and some basic searching and sorting algorithms. Finally, an HR round to discuss salary. In total, there were three rounds where I was asked basic coding and SQL questions.

So the process usually has 3 parts: first a written test checking logic and your subject knowledge, then a technical interview for your problem-solving and skills, and finally an HR round to see how you communicate, if you fit the culture, your career plans and personality. All parts are pretty important to see if you're a good fit.

I went through about 2-3 rounds of interviews. They were kind of moderately difficult and asked about the work I did at my last job. The senior manager also mentioned they really need someone who can work well with the team and won't cause any problems between departments.

Coding Technical

Had a pretty bad experience with this small company, honestly. Three technical rounds in total. The first round had three LeetCode medium coding problems, and I got through that one. The second round was all about design questions, and the interviewer was just okay, not super friendly but manageable. I passed that too. The final round was with a senior person, and usually, they're more humble and engaging, but this one was just incredibly rude, felt like an interrogation. Makes you wonder how they treat their own team. The online reviews seem to back this up too. I'd really look into the company more before joining.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Coding problems on arrays and linked lists from LeetCode.
