Technical Support Engineer
First, there was an online exam covering reasoning, quantitative aptitude, engineering concepts, and an essay of 300 words. If I passed that, they scheduled my interview, which was a virtual interview lasting about an hour.

It was 2 rounds... 1st was technical and 2nd was managerial round. They were assessing the logical skills, basic technical skills etc. overall it was moderate and can be cleared if you have gone through the basics of your skill set mentioned on resume

Technical Support Engineer
The first step involved an aptitude test and a writing skills assessment. The writing part checked basic grammar and how well sentences were formed. There were also 20 general aptitude questions to solve within 50 minutes.
