It was straightforward behavioral questions after the HR phone call. The HR phone call is more about determining if you're a good fit for the role. Program Manager
I applied online and got an HR screen request within two weeks. Then, I waited a week before being scheduled for an interview without any prior communication or input on scheduling. After that interview, I received no further communication, even after sending follow-up emails. I was ghosted for three weeks before the online dashboard indicated I wasn't selected.
- What makes you want to work here for this particular position?
Psychiatric Associate
You'll chat with HR, either on Zoom or in person. Usually, one chat is enough, but sometimes they might want you to talk to your unit manager to make sure you're a good fit. If it doesn't work out after the second chat, they might suggest another unit that has an opening.
- Can you share your experience working with individuals from various backgrounds?
- Describe how you handle working closely with colleagues with whom you have differing opinions.
Consulting Analyst
I had a good experience with Fairview. The whole process was pretty chill and professional. It involved two interviews: a phone interview with a director and an on-site interview. The recruiter was super organized and nice when setting things up. The questions were straightforward, like typical interview questions, focusing on my past projects and work experiences, along with some behavioral questions.
- Can you describe the performance of your model's predictions?
- Share an instance where you felt a strong sense of personal accomplishment.
- Could you discuss your previous projects?
