Customer Service Representative
Saw an email about hiring on the spot and they were interested in me. I went in and met a very nice manager who was very thorough about how the shift would be like and the pay. It's part-time for 90 days, and if I stay till then, I think I get full benefits. Easy interview.

Receptionist
It was a really simple and quick hiring process. I actually started working the very next day. The training was super easy, and I got promoted really fast within the company. I began as a housekeeper, then moved to the overnight laundry team, and eventually became a front desk receptionist. I liked the hours, and they were flexible with my schedule.
- What makes you want to work for our hotel?
Front Desk Receptionist
I had my interview in the afternoon. I met with the Managers in their office and we talked about my resume and why I applied. We discussed my long-term goals, my experience with computers and people, and what hours I can work. They also asked if I was okay with being around pets since the hotel allows them. The hotel is in a great location near food and the beach. I learned that they have guests who stay for extended periods due to things like work contracts. The interview was pleasant, and the two managers were really laid-back and friendly, making it a nice experience.
- Will the manager review your resume?
- In five years, where do you envision yourself working?
- Are you comfortable working in an environment with pets?
General Manager Trainee
I went through three separate interviews. The first one was in person with a regional manager. Then, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Finally, I interviewed again in person with another regional manager. It seemed like they didn't talk to each other at all, as they didn't even know who I'd already spoken with. Each interview felt like a first interview, just asking basic questions to get to know me. After those three interviews, I didn't hear back for about two months. I sent several emails with no reply, and then I got a very short email saying the job was filled. It was all very disorganized and unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
