The interview process began with a phone interview with the marketing director and CRM manager, where they asked basic questions about my past experience. About two weeks later, an in-person interview was scheduled with 5 managers for 4 hours. However, the in-person interview didn't go as planned because 4 of the managers were absent, so I only had a one-hour interview with one manager who was also an hour late. While I was looking forward to the interview, I couldn't ignore the disorganization and lack of communication the company displayed. First impressions really set the tone for any relationship, and if you're looking for a professional environment where your time is valued, this probably isn't the place.

Had a 30-minute phone interview. It was a comfortable, conversational experience rather than a formal interview. The interviewer asked good questions and shared a lot of details about the job and how hiring works.

3 steps and 3 interviews. I got to see the property before being hired. It was a good experience for starting out in hotels. There's opportunity for growth and they try to live by their core values.
