Customer Service Representative
I applied for customer service rep but they wanted me to apply for marketing assistant. The first interview was supposed to be at 11am Friday with the CEO but I wasn't seen until 12:30. They called me that evening for a second interview Monday at 10am, but I wasn't seen until 12pm. Then the CEO talked to me for a second. Without warning or telling me what I'd be doing, they sent me with account managers to a nearby town to sell cable services or help people reduce their bills at Walmart. They should be upfront about the job instead of misleading people. It's not professional. Normally I avoid these people when I go into a store. Don't let them mislead you. It's a sales position.
- What value can you bring to our company?
Account Executive
I applied on Zip Recruiter and got a call within 30 minutes. The recruiter asked me a few questions and set up the first interview with the CEO. When I got there, I filled out a form and waited. During the wait, we talked about my career goals and aspirations. The interview with the CEO was great, and he explained everything about the company and answered my questions. The first round was quick and to the point. The second interview was with a trainer who was very friendly and organized. We sat at a subway to discuss company history and my goals. She then took me to an event where I saw them interact with people and get positive responses. I returned to the office for a third round interview with the CEO, who wanted to see what I learned and my questions. He mentioned I might get a call later about the job offer.
- What specifically on the website caught your attention?
- Can you tell me about your career aspirations?
- What are your goals in this Account Executive role?
Marketing
I found the job through the internet. The whole interview process took 3 days. After that, I had to wait 3 weeks for my first paycheck. Everyone at the office is super friendly, and the work environment is fast-paced, active, and cheerful. The company has a global culture, with lots of references to different cultures, both foreign and local.
- How will you distinguish yourself from others?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Sales Associate
It was a 3 stage interview process, and the interviewer was really positive and energetic. They gave me a tour of how the business operates and introduced me to the team. First, they wanted to gauge my personality and assess the skills I could contribute to the company.
- Have you had prior sales experience?
