I was called in for my first interview with Ethan, the CEO. He called me back in the evening to schedule me for a second interview. I spent the day with a trainer, who interviewed me as well as showed me a little about what I'd be doing. She recommended me back to Ethan. I returned to the office for a 3rd interview, again with Ethan. He hired me before I left.

I had my first interview with the international CEO, and it started a bit early. It was brief but gave me a good overview of the company. Then, I spent a few hours with a top marketing trainer doing some advertising tasks, a lot of writing and observing. They really got to know me, explained the role, and how you can advance quickly. They also went over daily duties and the path from starting to management. After that, I met with the CEO again for a third interview that same day, and he answered all my remaining questions. I was offered the job that day and started shortly after. It was a professional and well-organized process, very competitive, and they only chose the best.

I found the job through the internet. The whole interview process took 3 days. After that, I had to wait 3 weeks for my first paycheck. Everyone at the office is super friendly, and the work environment is fast-paced, active, and cheerful. The company has a global culture, with lots of references to different cultures, both foreign and local.
