Account Executive
The interview process was a bit different but really good. First, you meet the CEO so he can get to know you and you can get to know him. Then, the head of HR meets with you to see how you interact with others. After that, you spend time learning more about the company and the team leaders or trainers. It's all on the same day because they don't want to waste anyone's time. I really liked that. Everyone was so positive and encouraging.
- Can you share your three biggest regrets?
- Tell me about three things you are most proud of.
- What are your three goals?
Account Executive
The interview process wasn't bad. Even though we sat in the lobby for most of the time we were there if you really want something you'll take as long as you need to get there. If you passed the first interview and got picked for the second, it was only a halfway mark. The second interview was the interview that determines wether you get the job or not. You get shown what your going to do and then you go back to the office for the second real interview and the rest is history.
- Why do you think you should get this job?
Account Executive
I applied on Zip Recruiter and got a call within 30 minutes. The recruiter asked me a few questions and set up the first interview with the CEO. When I got there, I filled out a form and waited. During the wait, we talked about my career goals and aspirations. The interview with the CEO was great, and he explained everything about the company and answered my questions. The first round was quick and to the point. The second interview was with a trainer who was very friendly and organized. We sat at a subway to discuss company history and my goals. She then took me to an event where I saw them interact with people and get positive responses. I returned to the office for a third round interview with the CEO, who wanted to see what I learned and my questions. He mentioned I might get a call later about the job offer.
- What specifically on the website caught your attention?
- Can you tell me about your career aspirations?
- What are your goals in this Account Executive role?
