First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Exante.
QA Web Engineer
I interviewed for the QA Web role back in December 2025. The HR interaction was good and professional, but the technical part was a huge letdown. I had been upfront that my Pytest skills weren't sharp from being in management for 2 years, so we planned to stick to general Python questions. But then, one of the senior interviewers actually laughed at my answers. I thought that was totally out of line and unprofessional, especially from senior folks. It totally tanked the vibe.
- Can you explain what a fixture is in pytest?
Talent Acquisition Manager
The interview process was really well put together and handled professionally. The Talent Acquisition Team Lead was in charge and kept me updated the whole time. There were three main parts: first, a meeting with the TA Team Lead, then a call with the HR Business Partner, and finally, an interview with the CHRO. Everything was organized, and they were always clear and respectful in their communication. The team was super professional, positive, and stuck to the hiring timelines. It was a smooth and efficient experience overall, showing a strong company vibe and a well-run HR team.
- Can you share your experience and any challenges you've faced?
- What's your experience with different tech stacks?
- What are your thoughts on ATS systems?
Relationship Manager
I went through three rounds of interviews. The first was pretty general, covering the job offer, my background, relevant skills, and looking at how we could work together in the future. The second interview got more specific, where I dug into questions about Exante’s product, what the role actually involves, and what kind of training is offered. Finally, the third interview was a case study, which was tough but really worthwhile, letting me use what I know and think on my feet.
- Can you tell me about your experience with trading?
Sales Support Specialist
I went through a couple of interview rounds and they all went super well! I really liked chatting with everyone about my background, my studies, my athletic background, and my experience. The conversations were all really nice and interesting, giving us plenty of time to see if we were a good fit for each other. I'm so happy and pumped to join Exante and work together towards our goals. I'm eager to make a difference and help employees stay on track with their work to achieve great results.
- Can you tell me about your MBA?
- What's your prior experience in investment firms?
- How did your volleyball experience shape you?
