Customer Service Representative
It was a really positive and professional interview. I'm grateful for the great experience and the nice atmosphere during our chat. The HR people were awesome! It'd be fantastic to join the Exante team.
- Can you share your previous work experience?
- How do you interact with your colleagues?
- Describe your approach to working under stressful conditions.
Customer Service Representative
So, there were 2 steps to this whole thing. First, I talked with the HR manager. Then, the second part was meeting with the Head of Department and the Team Leads. Both chats were pretty much the same. They started with me talking about my past experience and what I'm hoping to get out of this job. After that, we did a Q&A part, and then we talked more about the job itself.
- What are your expectations for this role?
- What do you think your career path could look like if you get this job?
Customer Support Representative
The process was smooth and fast with no pressure. It had a friendly atmosphere and a nice recruiter. You'll have to do a test task. Decision-making is fast. The interview itself is not stressful and welcoming. A recruiter and the team's representative make everything so that you can feel relaxed and be yourself, which is very helpful.
- Can you tell me about your relevant experience and any accomplishments?
- Please introduce yourself.
