So the first thing was a self-assessment coding round on coderbyte, which was 4 hours long. It had one SQL question, one python sliding window question, one AWS question, and a bunch of ci/cd conceptual questions. Then the second round was a technical round focusing on python and SQL, which felt average. The third round was with the director, discussing my previous work experience and some conceptual questions on PySpark. I thought I did okay in that round, but unfortunately, that's where I got rejected.

Behavioral Technical

I got this one-way video interview that they said had retakes, but it didn't, and they gave me 5 days to respond. I did the interview even though I couldn't retake it and only had 30 seconds to think about each question. Then, exactly 5 business days later, they rejected me saying the position was filled. It's wild to think they hired someone that fast, so I'm pretty sure the job was already filled and this was all for show. Total waste of my time. Smart candidates dodged this fake process. The broken retake feature was a big red flag, and honestly, companies that run sham interviews probably run sham operations too. You should look elsewhere.

I applied in the middle of August and had a phone interview at the end of August. Then, in early October, there was a 60-minute Teams interview with two talent managers. After some emails back and forth, I had two separate 30-minute interviews with creative directors in early November. By mid-November, I was informed that a different candidate was selected, but they mentioned I was a great candidate and would be considered for future roles.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you tell me about your experience designing for the healthcare industry?
  • How familiar are you with designing within compliance guidelines?

Behavioral Case Presentation

First, I had an interview with HR where they generally asked about my experience and some typical interview questions. Then, I had an interview with a principal consultant that involved a case study. After that, I interviewed with directors, and I actually got to meet and talk to most of the directors during the interview process. There was a final interview with a director.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe your past experiences?
  • Perform a case study on market sizing for the medicine industry.
