Hired an AI company for hiring, which is cheap and pathetic. Had an interview with three questions to record an answer so an AI bot can judge whether I am likable. They probably just send out generic invitations to everyone to save money.

It was a pretty standard interview process. There were 4 rounds in total: first a behavioral interview, then two case interviews, followed by a case presentation, and finally a director interview. It wasn't overly challenging, but you definitely had to put in some effort.

This was a long interview process, about a month, and frankly, it felt like the interviewer was just stringing me along. There were 6 interviews in total, which included talking to junior team members and an in-person interview. They kept saying they were really interested in hiring me, and then out of nowhere, they told me they weren't moving forward. They actually wanted me to thank them for giving me some feedback over the phone, which felt pretty baseless. It was mentally draining. I'd honestly advise others to steer clear of this company.
