First, there's an online assessment testing Excel skills. If you pass that, you get a case study to work on. You'll need to submit your answers and a PowerPoint presentation for it. The interview will mostly focus on this case study. After passing the first stage, there's a final round with a senior person.

Behavioral Technical

There were 3 rounds with Manager, Director and Sr. VP in this order. I was told that I cleared all the rounds and was asked to share my documents for further process. Upon sharing the documents in the afternoon, surprisingly in the evening I get an email with offer letter attachment and a deadline to accept the next day. Issues: 1. They have changed all the important constraints like location, position and compensation which are the premise somebody is looking for change. 2. Upon dropping an email to discuss this concerns, no reply from Hr Really disappointed in the way my candidature was handled at the last. Felt disrespected, not worthy of the time spent.

The interview was with just one person and included an airline-based case study. A calculator was supposedly allowed, but it seemed to work against me. The interview questions were unremarkable, but the overall process felt uncomfortable. I was rejected immediately after completing the case study, during the same call. It seems that one person is in charge of the decisions for this role, which could explain why the position has been open and actively recruiting for 1.5 years. When asked about this, they said it was due to growth, but after the interview, it didn't seem to be the case.
