Marketing Specialist
I didn't show up for the interview and then I claimed I was having computer problems. They weren't upfront about what I was interviewing for. It was a really strange experience. I'm not really sure what happened, but in the end, I didn't accept their offer to call me back to set up the next interview.

Sales and Marketing Associate
So you go in for an interview, and it's a vibe check to see if you and the interviewer click. They'll lay out their whole mentor program, showing you how you can climb the ladder here. If you're still feeling it, they'll have you come back for a day out in the field with a mentor. The office culture is pretty chill and energetic, but the actual gig isn't for everyone. Basically, you'll be at a Walmart, setting up a table to push Direct TV packages. Your mentor will be right there with you, asking you interview-style questions the whole time. After you've seen the ropes, you'll fill out a survey, and if they like what they see, they'll hit you up.

Account Manager
The interview process felt like a scam from the start. I applied for an Account Manager role, but upon arrival, I was told the position requires starting in door-to-door sales. You can choose between a base salary of 25-30k plus commission, or 100% commission. This consulting firm is hired by companies like Century Link and T Mobile to recruit people for door-to-door sales. They do have a development plan for high performers. Be prepared for very low pay initially; it might take about a year to get promoted to assistant manager if you do well. Just a heads-up, the company's turnover rate is really high. I'd guess most people only last 4-5 months, and the overall turnover could be around 65%-80%, which explains why they're always hiring. The shifts are daily from 11 am to 7 pm, with optional work on Saturdays sometimes. If you want to succeed here, expect to work 50-60 hour weeks with poor starting compensation.

Sales Representative
I initially got a call from the recruiter, who was really nice and easy to talk to. She asked about my current job and what I'm looking for next. Then, she told me about their new HireVue process, which is a modern and fun way to do the first interview using your phone. After that, I had an hour-long interview with Rick, a top sales rep, who explained the role and growth opportunities. He shared his own success story, having been promoted quickly. Following that, I had to complete a questionnaire, which I thought was cool because they wanted my feedback on their interview process. The recruiter called later that evening to say Rick liked me and that I'd be meeting the president, George. The meeting with George was about 20 minutes, where he discussed his vision for the company and compensation. He mentioned I'd hear about an offer by the end of the day. It was impressive that the president took the time to interview me.
