It was a good interview process, really respectful. They gave me an overview of how the company is structured and how their sales process operates. They asked about my personal development and my background story, as well as my experience and skills relevant to the sales lead role.

I initially got a call from the recruiter, who was really nice and easy to talk to. She asked about my current job and what I'm looking for next. Then, she told me about their new HireVue process, which is a modern and fun way to do the first interview using your phone. After that, I had an hour-long interview with Rick, a top sales rep, who explained the role and growth opportunities. He shared his own success story, having been promoted quickly. Following that, I had to complete a questionnaire, which I thought was cool because they wanted my feedback on their interview process. The recruiter called later that evening to say Rick liked me and that I'd be meeting the president, George. The meeting with George was about 20 minutes, where he discussed his vision for the company and compensation. He mentioned I'd hear about an offer by the end of the day. It was impressive that the president took the time to interview me.

Got an email right away, then set up a phone interview. It was pretty chill, no tough questions. Then they want you to come in for an in-person interview, but they only offer it for the very next day, with less than 24 hours notice. If you can't make it, then too bad. It's a total sham.
