The interview was divided into phases: HR, dean, head of IT. The HR person tries to get under your skin, but after that, the others are very friendly. They showed me the facilities (impressive) and I passed written and practical tests.

Had two interviews with two professors, then a half-day session where I presented my previous work (10min presentation + 30min Q&A) and got to know the team. All interviews were via Zoom, but normally it's in-person.

Had a first interview online, which was only 30 minutes. The second interview was supposed to be in person at the office, but when I got there, I found out two of the main interviewers wouldn't be participating. They promised feedback on time, but I never got it, and when I followed up, I never heard back from them.
