Ho fatto un video colloquio con una persona delle risorse umane. È stato un colloquio positivo e cordiale, mi sono sentita a mio agio. Dopo ho ricevuto una conferma che tutto era andato bene e mi era stato detto di aspettare un'offerta di lavoro entro 3 mesi. Purtroppo non è arrivata nessuna offerta.

I had an initial chat with HR. I then withdrew my application because I didn't think the commitment and distance required were suitable, so I wouldn't know how many steps would have been needed before a potential hire. Furthermore, the offer indicated Como as the location, but it was actually in the province at a considerable distance. At the same time, there was a second ad for that position in the province, which was misleading when I decided to apply.

The interview was pretty standard, with a few questions and I felt very comfortable. They asked me general questions about my resume, my residence, etc... The only negative thing is that after doing 4 out of 5 days of trial, they "fired" me without giving any reason and didn't even tell me I was fired. I had to ask them myself via WhatsApp. Also, the day before they complimented me on how I was working and said they would definitely hire me because I lived nearby.
