Behavioral Technical

After submitting a video presentation, I received an email stating I had passed the initial screening and would have an individual interview on a certain date. Since I was already working and couldn't easily change my shift on short notice, I contacted the person listed in the email to reschedule. They were very accommodating, and we set a new date and time. However, that interview was canceled because they had an unforeseen issue or thought it was a different day. I reached out again, and we rescheduled. After several attempts, we finally had the interview. I was interested in two positions. During our conversation, where the roles were explained, it became clear one wasn't a good fit for me, but the other seemed promising. The interviewer mentioned that a decision would be communicated within a few weeks. I only received an email regarding the position I had already turned down during our talk. For the other role, the one I was hopeful about and seemed to have a good chance for, there was complete silence. I never heard back and admittedly didn't follow up to inquire.

  • What are your expectations for this position?
  • Are you willing to work additional hours when needed?
