The process had several steps, I spoke with different people in various interviews for the sales position. The company is very large and serious, and they make you feel comfortable right away. I was satisfied and confident.

I sent my application and was contacted by email for a short online questionnaire. After completing the online test, after 5 days I received an email with the next selection steps, including a video interview. I just had this video call where they explained the various positions they are hiring for and asked for my shoe size, clothing size, and height. What are these for? Is it a good sign? Do they ask everyone?
- Why did you apply for the Esselunga team?
- In your sales experience, have you dealt with a very agitated person?
- What are your shoe size, clothing size, and height?

The first interview is with other people. They explain the company's history, and then you fill out a questionnaire. Then the oral interview begins. Everyone has to introduce themselves, and you undergo a role-play where you have to reorder a list of work aspects from most to least important. In this role-play, the goal is to find a common solution. If they're interested, you move on to the second interview, which is individual, and they ask you a series of personal questions. For example, are you married? They ask you about yourself, your flaws, your strengths, etc.
- What is a flaw of yours?
