Project Manager
It was a mix of technical and behavioral interviews, with a strong focus on my certifications and experience in a collaborative work environment. I met with six people from different departments. Some interviews were on Zoom and some were in person. Everyone was really nice and the hiring manager was friendly.
- Can you tell me about your certifications and relevant experience?
Analyst
I had a 25-minute recruiter call that was really casual, almost unprofessional since she wasn't prepared and didn't ask many questions. She also doesn't reply to emails when I ask for updates. I still moved on to the hiring manager interview, which I thought went well. But then they ghost you, and you think you still have a shot, but the job listing is removed and says it's filled. All this time, after emailing them because it's been weeks of radio silence, I was told they were still reviewing. It was a terrible experience overall; they don't respect job seekers' time and energy. There was zero communication, and the process was so slow.
- What motivates your interest in joining Epson?
Analista De Cobranza
The interview process was very cordial, making me feel comfortable. They were very respectful and interested in me. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. They were always very organized in following the process. New interviews were scheduled.
- Routine questions were asked.
- Work-related questions were asked.
- Personal questions were asked.
Product Manager
The recruiter interview was alright. They seemed nice and kind. It started with an introduction, then went into 5 behavioral questions and a mini-case study. They also asked about side projects and if I prepare a slide for every department.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you share about your side projects?
- Do you create a one-slide summary for each department?
