First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Epson America.
Intern
It was a quick, casual chat to see if I'd fit the team. Epson has great employees, but they really care about hiring people who match the company culture and can do well with their products. Since their US operations are small and training isn't as thorough as bigger companies, they need hires who can start contributing right away.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What is your interest in Epson?
Intern
The process was simple. After emailing my resume, I was contacted pretty quickly for an in-person interview. The interview itself was pretty easy, focused on my resume, and asked me to talk more about what I did at my last job. The only bad part was the wait. They said I'd know in a week, but it took almost two. By then, I figured I didn't get the job.
- What makes you want to join Epson?
Intern
It was a laid-back interview, and the questions weren't too difficult! They're interested in hearing about you and your goals for your time at Epson. Remember to ask a question at the end to show you're engaged!
- What motivates your interest in this particular role?
