The interview process was fast because they needed to fill the role quickly. However, the salary offered was very low, with most of the compensation tied up in ESOPS. Given the company's current low stock price and lack of growth prospects, the ESOPS are of questionable value. I'd advise against accepting the offer, especially with a low base salary, as it's not worth it.

Horrible experience. They conducted 5 rounds of Interview and looks like they don't talk to their consultants at all. The joining was delayed and initially both Enphase Energy and the consultant said that the joining is confirmed for December. 2025 but when i was almost done preparing to relocate, i thought of giving them a call and they said its on hold. This company doesn't care about candidate's time and money. Whoever is interviewing with them, please think twice before going for interview with them or keep some offers in pipeline because they can come at the last moment and say that the joining is on hold or the requirement no longer exists.

It was a 4-round interview process. First, I had an online Hiring Manager round where we discussed security and networks. Then, an online Technical Round with coding questions about finding duplicate numbers, C++ OOP, and thread locks. After that, an online Product Security Architect Round focusing on embedded systems (RTOS, ISR, Scheduler) and string reversal. Finally, an online Senior VP Round to discuss authentication and authorization.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I applied off the campus and the process started after 2 months. There was a Hiring Manager Round, which was pretty basic and resume-based for fitment. Then, a Technical Round to check fundamentals and skills alignment. After that, an HR Round for behavioural and salary discussion. Finally, a round with the Senior VP for basic behavioural questions. The Senior VP had concerns about my 2 years of experience being too less for a switch and also about the 90 days notice period. It's a humble request to not waste time if you are not clear about the experience level. What matters is what the candidate can bring to your organization with their skills and if the reason to switch is genuine.
