It has more or less three rounds. Two technical and one managerial. Not sure about the HR round. I decided not to pursue after the manager round due to bias in hiring people and also seeing very bad reviews about Enphase.

The interview was mostly good, but ended with a bit of sarcasm. It's a new grad role, so expecting professionals is a bit much. I used this interview as practice based on Glassdoor reviews. It wasn't too bad, but when asked how I'd debug an error, my response didn't seem to land well, so be careful with your debugging process answer. Googling isn't considered a skill by them, nor is reading online docs, and asking a team lead for help is also a no-go, at least that's what the body language suggested to me, though I could be wrong. Overall, it felt neutral; the engineer seemed like a cool person to hang out with, but expected me to have expert-level industry knowledge. I'm a new grad here to learn, so don't expect too much!

it started with a 30-min chat with HR. Then, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager focusing on C++. After that, I had another technical interview with a group of engineers, where we discussed my past projects. Finally, there was a 30-min conversation with the VP.
