I applied for the spring internship, which ran from January to May. I connected with the company rep at a campus career fair and secured an interview slot. The interview itself was straightforward, featuring only behavioral questions that I had prepared for. It felt very relaxed and less stressful than other interviews I've experienced.

The interview process at Energizer was very efficient and smooth. I got a callback within a week of applying. The whole process, which had four interviews, wrapped up in just over a week and a half. Then came the official job offer about a week later. The interview setup was different and meaningful; first, I met my team, and then I was introduced to people from other departments. This gave me a good sense of the whole organization and was really helpful. Everyone I talked to was nice and welcoming, which made the quick timeline even better.

The hiring process with this company was quite unprofessional, lacking basic recruitment etiquette. I was in the middle of negotiating the offer when they proceeded to extend an offer to another candidate, despite me having already declined another offer in anticipation of accepting theirs.

Applied online and got a quick screening call. Then had a screening call with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited to a series of online interviews, but scheduling took ages because HR seemed to be mostly contractors who weren't very engaged. I got through the online interviews and then was invited for an on-site interview with the hiring manager. It turned out to be more of a panel interview with a tour and questions. I only spent about 15 minutes with the actual hiring manager. I asked the HR department for basic information like insurance details but never received them. I didn't like their interview process, and by the end, I knew I didn't want to work there. They said I'd be contacted either way, but I never heard from anyone directly, just got a generic rejection email a week later.
