First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Energizer Holdings.
Brand Manager
I talked to a recruiter first. They wouldn't tell me what business the job was on. Then I met with 4 or 5 people all in one day. We just sat in a conference room by the lobby the whole time. It was hard to figure out the company or the job.
- Can you give an example of how you handled a difficult team member?
Brand Manager
I was contacted by a recruiter and had an initial phone screen with HR. This involved reviewing my resume, asking about my interest in Energizer, and some behavioral questions. They also might ask why you're interested in relocating to Shelton, CT, as they cover relocation. After that, I had an in-person interview day where all questions were behavioral. The whole process was quite fast, and I heard back the next week.
- Can you share an instance when you successfully convinced someone to partner with you?
Assistant Brand Manager
I had a phone screen with HR first, and then I met with the managers for back-to-back in-person interviews all on the same day. After that, they reviewed everything and I got an offer within a few days. Everyone was genuine and easy to talk to, so it was a really positive experience overall.
- Can you share an instance where someone at your current job offered you some advice that you found particularly helpful?
- Describe a situation where you anticipated a problem. What steps did you take in response?
