The interview process involved standard questions. They looked through my resume and asked about my interests, school, and work history. Then, we moved on to behavioral questions. They also talked about the company and the kind of work and projects I'd be involved in. The people I met were nice, but it seems like there's high turnover, as the two engineers interviewing me used to work at P&G.

I met with 2 recruiters at my school's job fair. We talked about my resume and experience, and they invited me for a formal interview the next day. One of them did the interview, which was all behavioral questions. The interviewer was really nice and seemed focused on whether I'd be a good fit for their department.

There were three rounds of interviews. Mine all happened in one day. I talked to HR, a senior manager, and the department director. The questions were easy and they were friendly.
