The interview process was very welcoming and transparent. The Energisa team was extremely friendly and attentive from the first contact, which helped reduce my anxiety and made me feel comfortable talking about my background, professional experiences, and expectations. During the interview, I felt the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person and professional, which made the conversation light, respectful, and at the same time quite objective. I applied through Gupy and was contacted via WhatsApp by HR. They informed me about an interview, which was rescheduled about twice. After that, the interview took place via Meet. It was very relaxed, with questions about my professional background, education, and experiences. The interviewer was very articulate and made me feel comfortable answering. The interview lasted a little over an hour and ended with a very positive feeling. The HR contact was very precise, didn't give much information, and communication was restricted to the job's interests. I admit it was a bit robotic, but within normal customer service.
